You’ll tackle challenges like making the Product Backlog transparent, prioritising work to deliver value, engaging stakeholders effectively, turning stakeholder needs into Backlog items, and using data to support decision-making.

Participants get access to the Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills assessment after the course. If you attempt the assessment within 14 days and don’t achieve the required score, you’ll receive a second attempt at no extra cost.

PSPBMS is a hands-on, skills-building course with activity-based learning and practical exercises, rather than being purely lecture or theory based.

Each immersive session follows a learning cycle: reflect on what happened when you applied the last concept, learn the next one and practise it, then take it back to work as an outcome-based assignment.
