  • Turn advanced Scrum experience into recognised credibility

Frequently Asked Questions

The Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) course is for experienced Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers, Lean Agile practitioners, and teams who already work with Scrum and want to implement Kanban practices. It’s not aimed at beginners with no prior Scrum experience.

PSK includes the Professional Scrum with Kanban I (PSK I) certification attempt at no extra cost. If you take the assessment within 14 days and score below 85%, you get a free second attempt.

PSK is an interactive, activity-based course combining theory, case studies, and hands-on exercises to reinforce the practical application of Kanban within Scrum.

Attendees should have solid experience with Scrum; ideally, you’ve read the Kanban Guide for Scrum Teams and passed the Scrum Open assessment, but formal certification isn’t mandatory.

PSK builds on foundational knowledge from the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course by focusing specifically on integrating Kanban practices into Scrum, rather than covering core Scrum concepts.

If this isn't quite right for where you are

Not sure what would actually move the needle?

Most organisations don't need a course catalogue. They need a diagnosis. Tell me what's not working, who is involved, and what you've already tried. I'll tell you honestly whether training will help, and if so, what.
