What changes for your team

  • Build products users actually want
  • Stop discovery and delivery fighting each other
  • Prove modern Scrum product capability

Immersive training pays back differently to a two-day course. Sessions spread across several weeks mean each idea is applied in your real work before the next one lands — so capability builds instead of fading under a backlog. Frequently Asked Questions

Professional Scrum with User Experience (PSU) is for experienced Scrum professionals—especially Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and UX practitioners—who need to integrate modern UX into Scrum teams. It’s not intended for those completely new to Scrum or anyone looking for basic UX training outside an agile context.

PSU is designed for people with experience working in Scrum—especially those already acting as Product Owners, Scrum Masters, or practicing UX within agile teams. It does not teach Scrum from scratch.

The course includes a complimentary attempt at the Professional Scrum with User Experience I certification (PSU I) exam. If you take the assessment within 14 days and don’t achieve at least 85%, you’ll get one free retake.

PSU typically runs over two consecutive days for in-person classes, or shorter sessions spread across multiple days for virtual delivery. Both in-person and live remote formats are offered depending on the provider.

PSU builds on knowledge you may have gained from PSPO-A or PSK by focusing specifically on integrating UX practices into Scrum. It’s not a parallel or alternative; it’s an advanced step for those wanting user-centric design within agile teams.

Not sure what would actually move the needle?

Most organisations don't need a course catalogue. They need a diagnosis. Tell me what's not working, who is involved, and what you've already tried. I'll tell you honestly whether training will help, and if so, what.
